Quality Assurance Analyst Bi-lingual English/French
Job description:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst in our Winnipeg Contact Center, you will meet both KPI Connect’s and the clients’ standards. Hence, through monitoring and coaching front line Customer Service Representatives, we can count on you to meet the needs of our customers. You will participate in calibrations, focus groups, remote monitoring sessions. Moreover, we have great training classes. You will be able to track and update your activities through various reporting tools, also. Thus, we can help you organize and stay on top of your tasks!
Here are the required skills and experience that we search for in our applicants:
- Bilingual English/French speaking is a must have
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or the customer service industry
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Proven successful results in the development of others (coaching and feedback)
- Analytical skills
- Teamwork skills
- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Comfortable utilizing and learning new computer programs
- Planning and organizing skills
